How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly and the products will be automatically delivered by us after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself again.

Can I cancel or pause a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.
By logging into your account at: https://www.jamaicacoffeetrading.co.uk
You need to open "Recurring Orders" under "Your Account" section.
You will see all recurring orders there.
Next to each active recurring order, you will see a cancel button.
For now, only cancel functionality is there you cannot pause the subscription, this functionality is currently unavailable.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You cannot skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. The only available option for the users is cancel the subscription.

How many products I can subscribe at the same time?

You can subscribe to multiple products at the same time, there is no limit. You will be charged for each subscription according to the subscription start date and number of products you have subscribed for in the order. If you have subscribed on different dates using different orders, you will be charged accordingly.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email notification. You just have to safely update your payment method.
